<jats:p> Job appeal factors and job satisfaction motivations of black journalists are not very different from those found in studies of white journalists. The findings suggest that managers who want to make progress in increasing minority employment and retention should emphasize both job advancement possibilities and minority representation in managerial positions. </jats:p> |
