JewsEast: the documentary

"What happens when you turn your gaze from medieval Europe to the East? For the past five years, the international research team of the JewsEast project has been illuminating the ways in which Jews and Christians have interacted in the vast region between the eastern Mediterranean and the Indian Ocean. The search for Jewish-Christian encounters in the East has taken the team to some of the most fascinating corners of the world, from the Middle East to Armenia, from Ethiopia to India, and has yielded numerous exciting finds.
