Information gained by the help of media bear on us from all sides. There is such information, which form emotions, way of apprehension and human opinions. Man is surrounded not only with a lot of information but with disinformation, too. On the other side, media serve in combating of illiteracy, they help to improve basic and advanced knowledge, they create and protect equality among the people and they allow participation in using of spiritual welfare and pleasure of enjoyment for all society members. Media have various advantage and utilization from view of social consultancy. They bring news and information about life of human society, ideas and data of personalities. They are engaged as instruments of progress and of spread of humanism. The range of education and formation is also the range with suitable and required using. Communicational possibilities among the individuals and groups over the all parts of the world were never as big as at present develop of informational technologies. Therefore our age is time of threat and expectancy. No good will man wish dominance of the threat, which could cause even bigger human agony.
