The issue of communication within organizations is a complex topic that can be approached from different perspectives. In the present paperwork, we want to approach this issue with respect to applied research concerning communication climate from organizations with the purpose to identify relevant aspects characterizing interpersonal communication between members of an organization. We want it to be a statistic approach of the communication process, without claiming for the data to be representative, thus representing a pilot study.
