Formy edukacji regionalnej w wybranych odcinkach telewizyjnego programu „Ziarno” w latach 2014–2016...

The contemporary mass-media exert an enormous influence on the shaping of people’s attitudes and the transfer of knowledge. One of such media is the television. For 27 years, the Catholic Programmes Board of the Polish television has been producing Ziarno, a catholic series for kids. Besides the religious, cultural and catechetic content, the programme accommodates regional education matters. The author addresses the question of what forms of education contained in some selected episodes of the series support the regional education component of school education in Poland, as provided in the Core Curriculum of the General Education and in the Core Curriculum of the Catechesis of the Roman Catholic Church in Poland. The article employs the methods of text analysis, media content analysis, and synthesis.
