The article presents an analysis of two columns of the Eva magazine. The characters are famous women and men who have different professions. Their portrayal in the magazine is usually because of their successful (professional) realization. Very often different subjects are discussed such as their love stories, their relationships, their children, their diets, their trips, their fashion preferences. We cannot say that there is a different approach towards women and men in the magazine. Women practice professions such as journalists, actresses, singers, politicians, doctors, business ladies and men are involved in professions such as writers, actors, doctors, singers. Subjects such as love, relations between partners, being a parent, eating habits, training and exercises are related both to female and male characters in the stories. |
